Join us as we discuss professional cleaning safety with Libby Cornell. Libby was born in Lafayette, Louisiana, raised in South America and received her bachelor's degree in geology from Tulane University in New Orleans, Louisiana. For about twenty years, she was an environmental consultant in Louisiana, the Pacific Northwest, Central America and the Caribbean. She served as a Peace Corps Volunteer in Bolivia and for the last seven years, has served as an instructor, program manager and grant writer (and anything else that was needed!) for Limitless Vistas, Inc. She is a Louisiana Master Naturalist, an avid recycler and gardener.
She started her own 501(c)3 non-profit, Honeybee Strategies, that has won it’s first grant. The grant is an OSHA, Susan Harwood Capacity Building Pilot grant that allows Honeybee Strategies to develop and provide hazard recognition training to New Orleans area small boutique hotel’s housekeeping staff.
